Dana Aber's newest solo show, FINAL BLOW, will debut this November at the New York Theater Festival's Winterfest. In FINAL BLOW, one woman wonders whether the big bad wolf was really bad, or just had boundaries. Sorting through the straw, sticks, and bricks of it all, she questions the cultural blame on boundary-setting, and wonders if the fairy tale got it all wrong.
FINAL BLOW will have three performances, Wednesday Nov. 10 at 4pm, Friday Nov. 12 at 6:30pm, and Sunday Nov. 14 at 1pm. The New YorkTheater Festival is housed at the Teatro LATEA on 166 Suffolk street in New Yorks Lower East Side. The lovely 75 seat house will be following current COVID guidelines, requiring vaccination proof and masked attendance in the theatre. With stage management by Michelle Cage and dramaturgy by Mika Kauffman, FINAL BLOW is directed by Ria T. DiLullo.
FINAL BLOW is paired with another show as part of the 90 minute bill.
