Founder Dana Aber married Justin Torres on January 19, 2020, in the opulent Casa La Femme, an opulent Egyptian restaurant in the West Village of New York City. Her father, Rev. David Aber, performed the ceremony, which included personal promises, traditional vows, and an ancient Gaelic blessing. The guests were encouraged to dress to add their own sparkle to the event, and everyone enjoyed the incredible food and stellar music provided by DJ A-Ball. Photos by the incredible Sarah Bode-Clark.
Dana (& Justin) constructed the wedding arch themselves, and Dana hand-painted the eco friendly sola wood flowers for her bouquet, the boutonnieres and corsages worn by the wedding party, and also created the table settings. Dana's hand-painted sola wood flowers can be found for sale on Etsy, via AberEverAfterDesigns.
